How to Recruit 1 New Distributor Per Week

I want to share with you how to recruit 1 new distributor every week. This is not a theory. I personally recruit, on average, 4- 6 new distributors EVERY month and have done so for a long time.

Hopefully, you can learn from my successes and failures.

I’m going to share a success formula for face-to-face builders (Offline) and one for people building online.

Just to give you some perspective. I’ve found that most distributors have unrealistic expectations about the number of prospects they must talk to, in order to recruit new distributors.

I hope to fix that.

The Process

Before I share my success formula with you, I first need to share the process you should follow.

Your job is find a prospect, pique their curiosity, expose them to the presentation (WhatsApp/office presentations) and then follow-up within 24 to 48-hours.

I do not recommend face-to-face presentations because they are extremely time-consuming and not efficient. Yes, they are very effective. But, if you have a family and job, you are limited on time and do not have time to drive all over town (or the state) to do meetings and presentations every day of the week.

I’d rather have you approach more people, but leverage technology to share the products and business with those people.

How to Recruit 1 New Distributor Per Week


If you’re building your network marketing business the traditional way of doing things, face-to-face, this is the success formula I recommend.

To recruit one new distributor every single week, you’re going to need 5 people to see the presentation each day.

To get 5 people to see the presentation, you’re going to need to invite 25 people.

To invite 25 people to see the presentation, you need to reach out to 5 people per day, Monday through Friday.

That’s it. If you can invite five people per day to see the presentation, you should recruit 1 new distributor each week. Of course, there are variables, such as your appearance, your confidence levels, your skills, your follow-up abilities, what you say, and the quality of prospects you talk to.


Online recruiting is much more difficult and the numbers you have to go through are significantly higher than for face-to-face builders. But, technology lets you work smart and it’s easier to reach out to more prospects.

The success formula I am about to share with you ONLY pertains to people who are using an auto-responder and capture page, and who have a high ranking website to promote their business. If you don’t have those 3 things in place, you may not succeed with online recruiting.

All these tools are very necessary for you to succeed online.

To recruit one new distributor every week online, you’ll need to generate about 100 leads per week. That means you will need to generate 20 leads per day, every day, Monday through Friday.

Depending on your capture page layout you’ll probably need to send 500 to 800 visitors to your capture page every week to generate 100 leads.

If you have a WhatsApp presentation group make sure at least 5 to 10 people join each day. You can achieve this by promoting your WhatsApp group link online.

To get that many visitors to your capture page or WhatsApp presentation group chat you will have to invest time or money. Paid advertising is much better because it is less time consuming and easier to do. I use FB ads to send traffic to my capture page.

I normally convert 1 out of every 100 online leads and I have a VERY good sales page here ==>

The reason you have to go through so many people when building online is that you are a stranger to these prospects, and you don’t have the like, know, and trust factor working for you.

It is also very important to build your personal brand…most times people do not join the company but YOU. I use this blog to build my brand.

Additional Insights

There is one other thing to consider. As you improve your SKILLS, your conversions will improve drastically. For example, once you become really good at what you do you may only need to approach 10 people to get five people to see a presentation to sign up one or more new distributors per week.

And if you’re building online, you can improve the quality of your traffic and sales funnel, which will lead to higher conversion rates.

Just keep in mind these things will not happen overnight. You have to get in the trenches, make some mistakes, and keep learning.

There it is great leaders. This is the success formula I recommend to recruit one new distributor every single week. Of course, individual results will vary. Your numbers could be better or worse depending upon a large combination of factors. The key is to just GET STARTED and keep getting better and better every single day.
